Great property

Great small hotel in the middle of Polanco neighborhood. You can walk to a number of great restaurants and shops. The staff was fantastic (of NOTE: our concierge Andres H. was phenomenal! He got us tickets to Lucha Libre; yes, we went and had a blast! Maximo Bistrot and Voraz restaurants). His recommendations were great. Our breakfast was included and it was tasty and ample, great choices. Really enjoyed our stay there. Even though our room faced the street, it was very quiet, facing trees. Bedroom was spacious, bathroom was beautiful. everyone was super pleasant and accommodating. We will return!

When you think about hotels that offer the best service you think Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental. This hotel is at that level! there are many things to love about this hotel:
- The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the trendy Polanco neighborhood. Many great stores, cafes, and restaurants within a few blocks of this hotel.
- Rooms are spacious and very well appointed with little noise.
- Very comfortable well
- Well stocked mini bar (which is free except for alcoholic beverages)
- Great (included) breakfast
But, what really sets this hotel apart is their staff. You feel an authentic warmth the minute you step into this hotel. The service is just phenomenal here. You can tell they have created a culture around impeccable service.
We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Andrés is a superb concierge member, He communicated with me pre-arrival to help set up airport to hotel transportation, and was available, kind, personable and very helpful with suggesting on activities in Mexico City, from dining to cultural to further transportation. He was also very helpful in answering questions I had about his to navigate the city as safely as possible. I had no problems.
The complimentary iron pressing service for clothes was extraordinary. My wool sports jacket was collected while giving me my room tour/introduction and was returned in under 30 minutes! Unprecedented for me in a hotel.

Great experience

Great location in the heart of Polanco. The hotel is perfectly situated, the rooms are nice, and most of all, the service was impeccable. Great Mexican breakfast. We also enjoyed massages at the spa. Very special experience.

The best Marriott I've stayed at in CDMX

Las Alcobas sits right on Masaryk, one of Mexico City's most dynamic streets, and it delivers on every front that matters. The water pressure alone is worth the booking. Genuinely the best I've encountered in Polanco, and I'll take that over almost any other amenity.
The staff is incredible. Turndown service is thoughtful and the kind of touch that reminds you why you chose a luxury property in the first place. Everything feels personal, not corporate.
Worth knowing: it's an adults-only hotel, which makes it a perfect fit for business travelers looking for a calm, polished stay.
One honest note: the gym could use some updating. Minor footnote given everything else this place gets right.
If you're coming to CDMX for work and want a Marriott that actually feels like a treat, this is the one.
