Hotel cómodo y limpio

En general el hotel está comodo y muy limpio, desafortunadamente hay una chica en recepción (joven) que es muy despota para tratar a los huéspedes sin embargo una señora que también está ahí es muy amable, la chica amargada no me pudo ni conseguir un taxi para irme al aeropuerto y le pedimos información y tampoco nos pudo ayudar, si ella el hotelito estaría fantástico.

You get what you pay for.

Really is a Love Motel, (just on the first floor) but if you need a place to stay, the doors lock, you have running water, toilet and shower. Also a TV. I didn't get the room for luxury, I got what I paid for. Bare bones, but it was private. Walls are a little thin, but hot water in the shower, soap and shampoo provided. They try.
Close to Garibaldi Plaza and the Zocalo. If I had to I would do it again, but as a last option. I give it average for the location and price vs. everything else.

Cheap but terrible

The room was alright, but had no lock from inside. The guy at the front desk said "it's ok, we have cctv" !
the toilet was terrible I had to wait half hour for the tank to fill.
It is in a very crowded market area where I didn't feel safe walking. There's no parking in the hotel, street parking is difficult to find, garages in the area are expensive and shady.
I booked thru expedia, which usually worked well for me but I'll be careful now on

Not well kept

This hotel has the ability to be really nice. It has free wifi which is awesome. But the room we were in was not very well laid out meaning the shower room did not dry properly. The bed was like a plank of wood and the pillows were literally pieces of foam. The floor looked like it had not been mopped since the hotel opened. We needed to ask for toilet roll and towels, they were not just left in the room as per the norm. It is fine to stay a night if u need to get to the airport easily. But if you would like something at least decent then avoid.

Asqueroso

Experiencia horrible! Esta super sucio, las sábanas de la cama asquerosas, tenían un montón de manchas amarillas y muchísimos pelos, se ve que jamás las lavan ni si quiera se toman la molestia de sacudir las cobijas, las almohadas viejas, incómodas y huelen horrible. Todo el cuarto olía a insecticida, no había ni toalla para secarse las manos y la puerta de un empujón las abren. Todo mal.
