Relax and enjoy Dakhla @ Bavaro.
This is a hidden gem hotel with its own jetty and prulivate beach, far from noisy crowded places. In fact, you only hear the sea and the occasional hissing of the wind.
The rooms are well decorated with an African appeal, with a large balcony.
The food was excellent, esp the lobsters.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, with a big thank you to all, from reception to recstaurant.
We will definitely be back next year.

Catastrophic trip
It was a catastrophic experience, we booked an 80m² suite, in the end, they gave us a very small 30m² room, I slept on a cot, not at all comfortable, there were cockroaches, in the bathroom, there was a water leak, for the meal, the menu is restricted, there was no dessert, the only thing that was drinkable, was the garden with the pool, but unfortunately, the pool turned into a municipal pool, people from the outside had access, it just costs a few dirhams and it is camping. And to finish, the director of the establishment spoke to us very badly, he said to my daughter, consider yourself lucky that you have a room, all we wanted was just the suite that we had booked and paid for.

I really do not recommend it to you.

bad experience

Since both hotels are under the same management, the malfunctions are identical and constant.
Breakfast:
No fresh fruit. No bananas, no oranges, no clementines. Poor and unworthy of the asking price.
Service and Professionalism:
Lay staff, excessive waiting time before being served, total lack of organization. The only response to each remark, including management, is:
"We are sorry"
No solution, no follow-up, no commercial gesture.
New Year’s Eve – Hotel Tulum:
Outrageous experience. In the middle of the New Year's Eve service, the waiters left the restaurant, leaving us without consistent dishes.
I have never spent a New Year’s Eve in such deplorable conditions. Totally unacceptable for an evening supposed to be festive and supervised.
Spa / massages: absolutely avoid:
Dangerous body care, unskilled personnel. After massage, difficulty walking, severe pain, body folded in half. No consideration of the customer, always the same automatic answer: "we are sorry".
Conclusion:
Services far below the advertised standing, lack of seriousness widespread, catastrophic value for money.
Same direction, same mistakes, same disappointment.

Absolutely to flee on all levels
Dinner on 31.12 dreadful served after 2 hours waiting everyone left the restaurant unhappy
The only one the nicer the staff
