Great room. Great stay

Great stay in a hotel with a different emphasis. Close to most major sites, and where you don't feel like walking to, Grab is very inexpensive. Very friendly and courteous staff.
Was in a premium family room, which was more than spacious.

Positive aspects:
Sossego of the facilities
Location (not being in the center, the walk was quiet. We never felt insecure)
Room/Bed comfort
ASPECTS TO IMPROVE
Breakfast arrangement.
Some things were in one room and others in another room. No one told us about it on the first day.
Little offer and variety.
The most negative aspect was we found hair on the bed sheets on the first night.
We called the reception to report and the only thing they did was send the security with 2 new sheets for us to change (with the help of the security). The next day there was no comment or concern from the people of the reception. It was like nothing had passed.
Lack of customer service.
We never felt that during our trips through Asia. People are always careful and concerned, but here we don't feel that. Unfortunately, because the hotel is nice.

Nice hotel design and great hospitality

Hotel design so unique and room are so comfortable for us travel with a big family.Staff also welcomed us and show a great hospitality during our stay.Will be come again soon when drop in Malacca!

Wonderful Celebration Birthday for my mom

On 9 July, I celebrated my mom’s birthday at Bica & Co, Rosa Malacca Hotel.
A big thank you to Mr Ali from F&B. He helped me a lot to arrange the table and food. He was very kind and cooperative.
I loved the lively atmosphere of the restaurant. The food was good and delicious.
There was a small issue with a missing item, but when I called, the staff gave me full cooperation and helped solve it quickly. I really appreciate that.
Overall we had a wonderful experience. Thank you Rosa Malacca team! Highly recommend for family celebrations

Room was clean and neat. Staff attended to minor trouble shooting promptly. Unfortunately there was sewage stench from the toilet and probably a damage pipe from construction works on hotel extension.
