Unfortunately the staff kicked me out for no reasons and overcharged me the fee

I was kicked out for nothing because I wanted to speak up to the boss of the hotel. The room was not up to the hotel standards. The lighting did not work out and there was a hole in the window. These days the weather is unpredictable. I have informed the staff to clean my room , but they keep ignoring me. The staff were bit sluggish and slow. They didn’t anticipate my needs for the business . I paid in advance and when I was the staff to contact the boss they took personally and asked me to leave the hotel and at first they rejected to refunded. When were so disappointed and we had to contact the relevant people and they agree to do refund but with a charging me the extra night. This is a major red flag. I am naturally a friendly and good person. I have never ever in my life was treated in the manner. I have been to Europe, the USA and Asia as well as nearby countries. I was not expecting this treatment from a hotel staff. They didn’t even handle situation professionally and didn’t allow me to speak to the person of this hotel. We stayed long term and did not valued that. I feel hurt. Never ever in my life, I experience this. A hotel must treat people like their own guests and listen to their needs. It is a customer service.

Reasonable value great staff

I needed a one night transit in kwi. This hotel was clean and reasonable for the purpose. The front office manager Sam was great and made it easy to switch rooms when the ac and wifi were playing up.
I would stay again

Terrible Hotel

I booked this hotel via booking.com, and according to the options I booked the room that has the two bed rooms but on my arrival to the hotel my booking was changed to a deluxe room, the reception staff did his best to cover the mistake and offered us a room with a hall + a closed bed room with a higher price to pay, I was forced to stay due to my long road trip.
I will simply state the negative things:-
1-despite the fact that I am a smoker but the hotel is not a smoke free hotel, you can smoke at any place you desire without any ventilation, I was so worried because I had two children.
2-the hot water in the bathroom ran out, it is too little in its quantity where it won’t cover two persons.
3the bell boys are not helpful, I had a situation where the bell boy acted busy when he saw the amount of bags in my car.
4-the breakfast was a disaster, it was a lake in variety and a couple of refills if the food finishes, during my stay the hotel had a group staying there and I went to breakfast and I found a dirty buffet table with some leftover food.
5-the location of the hotel is not that perfect, it is near a crowded area where you will find it difficult to reach to the hotel because of the huge number of cars parked in the middle of the road in the absence of the traffic police.
6-the hotel do not have a gym.
Before I finish my review I have to say that the reception staff were helpful and polite, the bed (king size bed) was comfortable, the coffee shop located in the same reception floor serves great food and coffee and finally a billiard + snooker hall with a hyper market are located in the same building.

Nothing special. Basic average hotel

Stayed a night. Its not a prime location, still opted as it was close to our office, still 10kms far…
Rooms were big size, had a water kettle, tea bags and sugar. No milk. Electronic safe. Average quality Toiletries.
My issue was the room was stinking of smoke smell and the air condition was too high, no controls in the room. Requested the reception to reduce, however, no action.
Breakfast was included, but nothing great. Very, very basic. No staff present at the cafe. It is in the 1st floor.
WIFI was free and working in the rooms.
Many food joints and grocery shops around.
As such nothing Special.
Not sure whether return to this hotel.
