Hippos Galore

We went here with our family of 10 ranging in ages 4 years to 61. Anyone traveling to the Masai Mara area knows that it is a long drive from Nairobi and when we arrived we were glad to be here. The Lodge is located on a bend in the Mara River and filled with hippos (50-100) that are easily seen from the viewing area on the property. Keep your eyes open and you will see plenty of other wildlife here, even before you get to the preserve. The staff is friendly, but be ready for a minimalist lodging experience. You are not staying at a Hilton. The website does a good job of explaining what to expect. The site only has a few hours of power each day from a diesel generator, so night comes early and you don't need to dry and curl your hair. The food was fine, but with an East African flair, picky eaters may want to bring some of their own.

They catered to the Chinese people. The lodge was ok. The rooms were ok. Not well maintained. Turned electric off most of the time. Location was fabulous. I have been to Kenya many times and this is the nicest location I've encountered. It is on the Mara river. Many hippos monkeys baboons and crocks. It is a one hour drive to Masai Mara but the conservative was nice for safari. The safari vehicles are not very well maintained and we broke down or had a flat tire every day. It is a good value as it is not as expensive as most, but you sacrifice luxury. They ran out of meat every meal and the selection was not to the taste of Americans. It is an option, depending on what you require in a safari

マラ川に沿って建っていて一日中野性のカバが見られるので決めました。
夜もカバが聞いたことの無い声で鳴いていて笑えました。
食事は3回ともコースで沢山出ました。
スタッフもとても親切で楽しく過ごせました。
ただ、野性動物優先で大切にしているので良いのですが、カバが敷地に入ってこないように電線が張り巡らされていて、夜もカバを見られるようにライトアップがあります。
自家発電なので人に回る？電気が少なく１日のうち4時間半しか電気がつかなかったのは不便でした。
ネットは全く使えなかったので知り合いが生きてるの？って国際電話をかけてきました。
せめて夕方から夜には電気が欲しいです。

非常非常差的体验

这里没有WiFi，手机信号不好，房间极小完全没有lodge的感觉，食物很差，简单而且难以入口，这里的水带着一股铁锈味，毛巾发黑，我们洗脸都要用瓶装水。现在在里面住的基本都是中国旅行团，因为便宜！地接社用来坑人的！别被宣传上的马赛马拉骗了，它的位置不在马赛马拉国家公园，只是在北部保护区内，离公园门口还有45-1小时的路程！它唯一亮点就是旁边的湖里有河马。但是在肯尼亚有很多河马，你不会觉得有什么好的。

Die Angestellten waren zu aufdringlich: Getränke, Massage, Geschenkeshop. Man hatte das Gefühl, jeder möchte einem nur das Geld aus der Tasche ziehen.
Die Eintrittsgebühren zum Park pro Person und Tag als Kleingedruckte Nebenkosten zu deklarieren ist schäbig. Never ever. Fehlendes Rückgeld ist auch ein Klassiker.
