I stayed here and I was very impressed with the whole stay. I loved the smell of the lobby, my bed was impressively comfortable and the customer service was top tier.

Ms. Matsukubo guided me all the way to my room and kindly explained all the hotel amenities. Her warm hospitality truly made my stay exceptional, and I genuinely appreciated it!

Perfect location in Osaka
We had a wonderful four nights stay in this beautiful hotel. On arrival we were upgraded to an amazing suite. It was really lovely having a separate lounge area to sit and have a drink and unwind. The breakfast was delicious and the club lounge drinks were exactly what we needed after a long day exploring Osaka. The hotel provided a shuttle to the train station which is perfect on hot days but the walk is also pleasant. We got the train to Kobe and Nara and everywhere we wanted to explore during our trip. Thank you to the wonderful staff who made our stay a memorable one.

Lovely Stay
We enjoyed our stay. Shuttle to the train station was very handy. Our room was large and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. All our questions were answered by very capable staff. Walking distance to many food options.

Elegant and Classic Hotel with Outstanding Service
We recently stayed at The Westin Osaka and had a pleasant experience overall.
The hotel has a timeless elegance that is increasingly difficult to find. The public spaces, furnishings, and overall design feel refined and sophisticated, creating an atmosphere that stands apart from many newer properties. At the same time, the hotel is beginning to show its age in certain areas, and some aspects of the guest experience feel somewhat dated compared to more recently renovated luxury hotels.
One of the property's strengths is its location. While not directly in the center of Osaka's busiest districts, it offers convenient access to transportation and a variety of attractions within walking distance. We found it to be a comfortable and practical base for exploring the city.
Service was exceptional throughout our stay. Every team member we encountered was professional, gracious, and eager to assist. We would especially like to recognize Mr. Nishikawa and Ms. Marika from the concierge team, both of whom provided thoughtful recommendations and excellent assistance. We would also like to thank Mr. Nishimura from the guest services team, whose warm welcome and attentive assistance with arrivals and departures left a lasting impression.
The club lounge deserves special mention. The lounge itself is beautiful, elegant, and full of charm. The atmosphere, service, and professionalism of the staff were outstanding, and the team consistently made guests feel welcome and cared for. Unfortunately, the food and beverage offerings did not quite match the quality of the setting. While we appreciated having lounge access, the selection was fairly limited and somewhat underwhelming compared to other Bonvoy properties we have visited.
We felt similarly about breakfast. While perfectly adequate, the offerings lacked the variety and quality we typically expect from a hotel of this caliber. It was not a poor experience, but it was one of the weaker breakfast spreads we encountered during our travels.
Overall, The Westin Osaka remains a distinguished and elegant hotel with a level of service that is increasingly rare. Although some facilities are showing their age and the food offerings in both the lounge and breakfast venue could be improved, the warmth of the staff, the hotel's classic atmosphere, and its convenient location made for an enjoyable stay. We would gladly consider returning on a future visit to Osaka.
