This is one of those rare places that drop off towels each day regardless of whether or not you want room service. We had a decent size room with two oversized twin beds. The shower head was higher than my head, but just barely. The location was very good. There is a wonderful crab restaurant nearby. We received two card keys and there was another already in the electric slot when we entered the room.

Really nice hotel, my highest recommendation.
Hotel staff are competent and professional.
Cleaning staff are also very nice and competent.
The Hotel are within walking distance of Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, restaurants, bars, nightclubs etc.

Clean, great location (right next to a tattoo-friendly onsen + a few streets from a surprisingly bustling nightlife scene), on-site laundry (services but also washing machines). Walkable to anything you might wanna see except maybe Miyajima Island (one night stay not enough to add that in, especially getting in late + 11am checkout meant lugging baggage around too much to do so).
One note: laundry machines struggled to fully dry what was only ~3 outfits worth of clothes; had to send through for extra drying session and still had to airdry for ~45 minutes before rushing to checkout.

The lobby looked very nice but once you get to the lift it was clear it was a bit tired. Rooms were Similar and very small compared to the pictures.
We only stayed a single night so not really an issue.
Location was good and allowing bag drop was nice so we could go straight out to the city and check in later.

The staff were very good and accommodating. Rooms are dated but clean. Perfect location for the main Hiroshima sites to visit.
