Book at own risk
Here are the reasons to not book with Terrace Resort Ginowan:
1.) Upon booking on January 3, 2024, I messaged Terrace Ginowan Resort via Agoda app messages to confirm that they have 3 adults, 1 pet dog and 1 car parking. The hotel never replied since January 3,2024.
2.) On the day before check in, I emailed the hotel again to verify that my booking is confirmed for 3 adults, 1 pet and 1 parking space. No response from the hotel again.
On the day my family was supposed to check in, I had to ask a Japanese interpreter to call the hotel to confirm if they accept pet and 1 parking. We were told no pets allowed and no parking. We received a text with instructions to access hotel for 2 adults. I booked this room for 3 adults, 1 pet and 1 parking space.
The hotel is not responsive via Agoda app messaging and emails.
My family have our luggage’s packed to experience all this issues on check in day. Terrace Resort Ginowan never replied to any messages or email. They should just remove those options and just say call the hotel to get information. It’s not my family’s fault that Terrace Resort Ginowan advertised Pet Allowed, Car Parking and they reserved a room only for 2 people and not 3 per my booking on January 3, 2024.
Book at your own risk. In front of the hotel are tombs. Parking spaces, maybe? No pets allowed. Call them. Your messages and emails will not get a response. The worst experience we had in Japan. I do not recommend this hotel. Agoda did not help us.
