Top location. Good apartments
Many attentions for guests, coffee machine with pods available, water in the fridge, rusks with chocolates and jams.
The apartments are really very spacious and well maintained. Well also la.pulizia and very kind the owner who welcomed us. I'd see the front desk again. Very chaotic situation in the landing.
Two adults and one child. We had a very spacious double bedroom. Two flaws: very improveable bed for comfort and room without TV.
The child had a sofa bed in the sitting area. Good.
I would have gladly given an extra rating but we had an unpleasant episode finding della.biamcheria bidet used and "dirty". It was probably not the fault of the staff but of the guests before. The laundry was folded well and arranged. It should still be checked. Really unpleasant.
The check out is done without going through the reception, so I did not have the opportunity to point it out to the owner who seemed attentive and precise.
Limit for some: it is in the center. Zone ztl. You can't access it by car, so you need to walk about 1 km with your suitcases, but if you don't have problems and if it doesn't rain, walking through the streets of the center is also pleasant...

Around Verona
There was a small misunderstanding on arrival then brilliantly resolved by the , very professional and helpful staff who manage the environments with care and attention.
The rooms assigned were bright with views of the rooftops of Verona and the Lamberti Tower.
We even found pillows in the room to take to the Arena for the show
