Poor experience

Fist them not responded to email about check in late. , when arrive there ask for 24€ payment (city tax) before to give the key for room ,what I already pay when I book and paid holiday because was nearly 2.30am. And the room not was ok at all… bed was that one for camping what was broken underneath(I fixed to can sleep), the shower head broken and fell over when start water with pressure, toilet seat cracked and the desk/table from room all rotten… crack mirror and paint come off from walls…look the photos!
I understand they have 3 star only …but need to improve.. as well air con cold all night.. not possible to stop when you want.. definitely not come back yo this hotel!!!
As well as every time the name when you ask the key…??? Nonsense… I book 8days/7nights… so many different people work on reception .. even cleaners.. who not even talk!!!

Stuck in the 80s.

Hotel in a strategic location, convenient for reaching Venice.
The structure is dilapidated and needs renovation and cleaning. Compared to the reviews I read, I feel lucky because my room was livable for one night; the shower curtain had holes in several places, and the room had a musty smell.
Furniture stuck in the 80s, breakfast not worth the price.

Dirty room, bugs everywhere, hair in towels, looks *nothing* like the pictures. Total scam. Lucky we only booked one night because we wouldn't have stayed a second.
Lobby is SUPER misleading and is the only nice part of the hotel. Staff was kind, but you'll often see them spraying lysol up and down the dingy, 40yr old carpets.
Literally don't think a single picture posted on google by them is from this building.

Good location, helpful staff, needs renovation

The first impression very good, the lobby and the employee at the reception polite. But the room is not that good. In general, except for the reception room, I believe that all rooms need a complete renovation. Very close to convenient stop for Mestre and Venice.

A budget option, but at some distance from the stations.

Considering the prices for accommodation in Venice itself, staying in Mestre has long been a budget alternative. However, the price increase also affected Mestre, so in May Ariston offered a very humane price of 35 euros per double without city tax. In return, it was necessary to sacrifice the proximity to the train stations: Mestre FS is 2.5 km away, and Mestre Ospedale is about 1.5 km away. It is very convenient if you travel around the surrounding area, as we do - to Padua, Aquileia, Treviso, Conegliano. The central Mestre square, Piazza Erminio Ferretto, with restaurants and pizzerias, is about 1 km away. The hotel itself, as they say now, is "slightly tired." But those who are used to living in Paphos will not stop here anyway.. But the room is quite acceptable. We'll consider it vintage.. The Wi-Fi is stable.
