Great room friendly staff, nice welcome and a great location. 15 mins walk from train station and 15 mins to the centre of the fabulous town.

Point of reference for weekends or holidays in the area

Comfortable and functional hotel to get to the center or even in areas near Udine. Very clean, newly renovated rooms. Very kind and very welcoming staff and good breakfast. An excellent reference point for holidays or weekends in the area.

Udinese rhythmic race

Nice hotel with maximum availability in reception
Discreet services , but with some problems .
Normal and clean room
Variable prices (booking takes advantage of full capacity ?)
Prices too differentiated between direct booking and booking .....
Anyway ok

Unkind man. Unsuitable as a bicycle hotel.

Tiny rooms, but they were clean. The ladies at the reception were very nice and helpful. Quite unlike the elderly gentleman who received our bicycles. Such a bad-tempered person better stay at home in his room to spare humanity. This was the only hotel where we didn't leave a tip.
Breakfast was fine.

It fit in

The hotel is about 15 minutes from the center but is easy to reach. The reception worked very well. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. They also speak German. The room was perfect. Breakfast corresponded to an Italian breakfast which we found good and sufficient. Nearby it has a few restaurants that are within walking distance.
