VERY BAD
The stay with my girlfriend started fortunately finding parking at the property.
When we get to the place on time as agreed, we call the Owner to notify her of our arrival. From this moment the reception was not at all professional, as we had to wait outside the structure with freezing temperatures. With marked delay arrived the owner who "welcomed" us with little professionalism and in a hasty manner, starting from the very childish and summary description of the room.
After the "welcome" we immediately notice a poor cleaning of the accommodation and it appears an unpleasant mold in the toilets and lack of products for personal hygiene. To complete the delightful picture, a "beautiful" web.
Afterwards, the temperature of the room, absolutely low and inadequate for the time of year, did not give the possibility of being changed in any way, as the thermostat was placed under lock and key.
All surrounded by summer sheets, uncomfortable bed and overly stiff pillows.
As for the dining room, we immediately notice significant shortcomings: such as the presence of waste baskets, microwave, torches or paper cloth to dry the cutlery. On the counter we notice an inappropriately preserved Strudel with barely a napkin resting on the "cover" accompanied by dirty dishes. Inappropriate choice to eat a slice because, both me and my girlfriend, we were sick requesting a nice visit to the pharmacy...
Basically a negative experience with inadequate value for money.

prima di tutto la struttura ha i parcheggi gratutiti d'avanti alla struttura e non c'e bisogno di andare oltre a cercare.
Il checkout come era detto alla prenotazione alle 10.00 del mattino, invece lei arrivato con la sua fidanzata alle 10.00 del mattino per il checkin , purtroppo le camere erano appena lasciate dai ospiti e doveveva essere fatta la pulizia, vi abbiamo spiegato che bisogna aspettare , IL CHECKIN E ALLE 15.30 e siamo andati con voi in contro.
Vi abbiamo accolto offrendo il caffe e la torta fatta in casa, era spiegato tutto in maniera famigliare , avete avuto in disposizione la cucina. come aveta visto sulle foto che sono impostate in cucina non abbiamo il microonde
la temperattura e impostata in tutta la struttura di 22 gradi , il termostato e chiuso con la chaive perche abbiamo avuto gia problemi con altri che stavano spostando in sua maniera.
in camera trovate il sapone e il bagno doccia, asciugamani , il phon ,
La biancheria e di cottone non capisco cosa lei intende lenzuola estive ? sopra si trova ovviamente il piumino invernale
Mi dispiace che il giorno dopo avavate i problemi di salutema sicuramente avate bevuto troppo alla festa del capodanno
il prezzo era per un notte adeguato per il b&b non per un hotel di 5 stelle, la prossima volta lei prenota in una struttra di 5 stelle e paga salato

host are not able to accept criticism in a positive way
They bring us to another place in the center of Delebio.
Room was ok, but sofa bed was terrible and area was not that good.
When we told this to the host, he attacked us with bad words. It was definitely a bad experience . I don’t recommend to anyone. Pity.

non vi a nessuno insulato , siete gia arrivati con le lamentele , vi abbiamo accompagnato in struttura che si trova al centro del paese con tanti servizi con la zona tranquila
vi abbiamo lasciato il parcheggio nostro privato per la moto
siete lamentati perche avete rotto il divanno letto che noi abbiamo chiesto booking di risarcimento danni, perche la prenotazione era fatta con booking
e per questo avete lasciato la recensione brutta

Non consigliato assolutamente
La struttura è carina, comoda e pulita. La colazione non è abbondante e nemmeno fresca. I proprietari non sono capaci di gestire le problematiche e le richieste dei clienti in modo professionale, ma cadono spesso in atteggiamenti infantili che proseguono anche oltre il soggiorno.
