Super little hotel, friendly, good value, easy parking

Conveniently situated with the motorway exit less than ten minutes and the seaside town of Alassio barely ten minutes away. This family run B&B is spotlessly clean and furnished to a very good standard. The patrons were friendly and welcoming and immediately made you feel at home. We were invited to use any of the kitchen facilities and felt free to make coffee and have cold drinks from the fridge.. Breakfast on the pretty terrace offered a splendid variety and was fresh and delicious. Very good value and we will certainly return.

My advice: do not come in winter

The big rooms seem to be made big by extending the veranda (balcony) to the camera (room). However the veranda being single glazed was letting cold air coming through during the night. The issue was that the heater was placed next to the room's door instead of in the veranda. If turned on it blows hot air very efficiently but then you get hot air blown on one side and cold air on the other. What makes it worst is that the theromemeter that controls the heater is either deficcient or it is placed in the veranda in such way that it never detects the heat and makes the heater constantly blowing the hot air. I had to spend the whole night awake to turn the heater on for 15 min and of for 30mn to make the room temperature bearable for my kids sleeping next to me. It didn't avoid to make all of catch a cold that ruined our holiday.
Other negatif point is the very very poor breakfast (because it's off season?). There was one very nice homemade cake offred to the guests though, and it had to be good because otherwise we would have had the choice between an industrial croissant or toasted bread and that's it.
It's hard to focus on the positives after that horrible night but for fairness I can think of these: the good location, the cleaness, the parking space, the nice hosts. So probably a good spot for the summer. But to avoid off season.
PS: Albenga is amazing and worth the visit off season.

L'Elisir della serenità...

Il sorriso e la gentilezza di Giulia rendono ancora più piacevole il soggiorno in camere ampie e con piccole finezze ( straordinarie le tazze da tè anni Cinquanta) che ti fanno sentire un cliente speciale.
Ci si ritornerà assolutamente...

ADDIO AL NUBILATO

Consigliato da un'amica,a pochi passi dal centro storico non potevamo trovare di meglio. Loredana ci ha fatte sentire a casa gentilissima e premurosa al nostro arrivo visto la calda giornata ci ha portato caraffe di the freddo e succo d'arancia. Camera dotata di tutti I comfort. Pulitissima. Lo straconsiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente

Molto bene

A due passi dal borgo di Albenga su un palazzetto antico ti viene offerta cordialità dai gestori pronti a darti informazioni su cosa fare o dove andare. Spiaggia a 1,5km possibilità di utilizzare la bicicletta della struttura. La nostra camera si presenta grande, con annessa una veranda chiusa, dotata di aria condizionata con frigo tipo bar. La colazione, consumata in una terrazza coperta, e principalmente dolce con cornetti, marmellate fatte in casa, ma non solo, frutta fresca e secca.
Sicuramente da prendere in considerazione.
