Overall pretty good!

The room was nice and spacious and clean. The location is great, a few mins to the red line train station and 25 mins walk to the Colosseum.
Amadeus was a cool and really pleasant guy who checked us in and waited for us till 1am after our delay. He still had time and patients to explain and mark down on the map for us where to go, so without his help we would have wasted time figuring things out. Thanks again man!

Wonderful

excellent location. near the Vatican. subway station 5 minutes walk. very clean and comfortable. soft beds and good sound insulation. tasty breakfast. and very friendly hosts.
Special thanks for the early check-in. and for good tips around the city

Clean and friendly B&B

We stayed in the orange room with shared bathroom. It was a very nice stay, very friendly owner who helped us with restaurants, places to go, bus, subway... The rooms were beautifully decorated and everything was very very very clean! Breakfast was typically Italian. The location is nearby the subway Ottaviano and the Vatican. I would highly recommend this to family and friends. Hope we can go back there in a few years...

Excellent stay. Thank you!

The room was modern, clean and had everything to make us feel like home. Very well-located, the hotel makes it possible to come and go during the days as we visit the city. The room (sunrise red) was facing the interior court and was quiet. I liked the concept and the attention to detail.
The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, thanks to Alessandro and his hospitality.

Big Thanks - perfect birthday in Rome

We spent 4 nights at B&B and it was amusing. The hospitality is perfect, the location also. To reach the Vatican takes 3 minutes! There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, and the metro line is also close to us. Only one small negative thing is: to find the hotel is not easy because there is no board with the name of the hotel.
