Highly recommended also for those coming to Rome for sporting events

I chose it for its convenient location for the center of Rome (on foot and by metro as it is 500 meters from the Lepanto stop) and that allowed me to walk to the Italic forum. I had a great time. The room is equipped with all the amenities that are not always found in a beb such as safe and pillow choice. Great breakfast served in the room. Staff helpful and very kind and very flexible in schedules. Just two small notes: the lack of salt and fruit for breakfast and the internal doors that do not insulate (while the windows are perfectly insulating) so you can feel those entering and leaving the structure even at night

DISASTROUS ACCOMMODATION

Absolutely disappointing stay – I have rarely experienced anything like this.
The accommodation was in an extremely dirty condition. The attached pictures actually speak for themselves: calcified and dirty fittings, dirty shower heads with deposits, unclean surfaces in the bathroom and overall a hygienically absolutely unacceptable condition. You felt really uncomfortable because obviously it hasn't been cleaned thoroughly for a long time.
Another negative example: In the vestibule, a cake was simply left for free for several days (about 4–5 days). This seemed not only unsavory, but also completely unsanitary.
Even worse, however, was the lack of service. Our concerns were not addressed at all, there was no accommodation or effort to improve the situation. Even if it's not a classic hotel, you can expect a minimum of cleanliness and customer focus – neither of which was there.
Overall an extremely bad experience. Definitely not a recommendation and we would never book here again. ❌

Excellent stay

I only stayed two days in December for work. The location is excellent, the room very cozy, well furnished and well maintained, with a lovely marble table where I could work comfortably on the computer. The large and bright window overlooked the inner courtyard, quiet, with a very pleasant view. Bed and pillow very comfortable, perfect heating, breakfast in the room pleasant. A small common room very nice hosts tea, coffee, water, fruit and some treats and is always available to guests. Francesca the owner very kind and helpful. In the bathrooms there is no bidet but there is a hand shower. Tips: a little extra attention from those who do the cleaning in the toilets. Great stay, definitely to be repeated!

Not to be repeated

I stayed 2 nights in one of the hotel rooms, apparently pleasant; I found myself in a fairly small and unclean room, without hot water, despite the complaints, as we could not wash, the problem was not solved.

They should stop providing breakfast it is horrible and quality went bad day by day. Host does her own thing and doesn’t listen. Checkout time was 11.00 we were kicked out at 10.30.
If you are going to run a bed an breakfast in city like Rome learn some ver basic English to communicate its not that hard
