All right.

Clean and comfortable room, small but functional bathroom. The owner friendly and helpful. The condo is nice and equipped with cameras and elevator. It is not really close to the center, but close to bus stops. If you are walking you will have to walk enough.
We had a great time there.

It can be done better

Well furnished and clean room. Even the bathroom, although very small, was very clean. The only flaw was finding in the room the clothes of those who had occupied the room before me, to the great embarrassment of myself and the guest who had to ask me to leave the room to collect his luggage.

Professionalism and tranquility

I stayed in this building and in addition to being exceptional people, where possible they make themselves completely available, not to mention the cleanliness and beauty of the rooms. A nice place to spend time in total tranquility and privacy. I've already booked for the next one ☺️

Very nice B&B

I Stayed 4 days. Clean and comfortable room, perfect location if you don't have a car, next to metro station ( Just 5 minutes away), connected to Airport and Palermo centre. The owner, Giovanni, helpful and gentleman. I strongly suggest this place

Very nice stay

The hotel is really nice, with cozy, cute rooms. It is located right out of the city center, in a very quiet area. It's the perfect location if you have a car that you want to park in safety. with a 10-15 min walk you can reach the Teatro Politeama, and from there the rest of the old town. The hosts are very nice and helpful. It is definitely recommended!
Downsides:
-right opposite the hotel there are a couple of big dumpsters, so in the evening the street is quite dirty (unfortunately, this appears to happen often in Palermo)
-the balcony was quite dirty with dust (and also the room floor looked clean but it wasn't very much)
