Great hotel, great location, Highly recommend

Stayed at the Hotel Nepolis which is located at Via Francesco del Giudice 13 in August 2026 for 5 days.
We had a Family Room which had 1 large bed and 2 bunk beds, very good size, shower itself was quite small though.
Absolutely great central location. Good continental breakfast.
Reception is on the 3rd floor, so you can walk up the steps or take the lift.
Within walking distance to the authentic tourist streets of Naples
25 minute’s walk to the Napoli Centrale which is the main railway station
25 minute’s walk to Napels Molo Beverello port
25 minutes walk to the Murale Diego Armando Maradona & Quartieri Spagnoli (Spanish quarters)
15-20 mins drive from the airport, costs around €30.00 for 4 adults / 4 suitcases
Highly recommend

TOP

In the heart of the historic center, I couldn't have found anything better. Order and cleanliness of the property impeccable, good breakfast, absolute availability of the staff. Claudio's high spirits, friendliness, and professionalism round it all out. TOP

The location is superb!

Clean rooms, 24h reception, in the heart of the city. Everything we wanted for our Napels city tour. The beds are great. The airco is working which is a real must in August. Breakfast was simple but more than we needed!

Great service. Cosy hotel with a lot of good restaurants nearby. Not fancy but I’ll prefer this cosy hotell over more fancy hotels that feels shallow.

Good breakfast, tiny room

First, the positives. Hotel Neapolis is centrally located in the Centro Storico (old town), and it was easy to walk around the center based on its location. The breakfast was good - a choice of coffee and several different types of pastries, prosciutto, and juices. The hotel was clean and the staff was polite - most of them spoke English.
Now for the negatives. My room was the size of a breadbox. When I asked to move to a bigger room, I was told none were available. The shower was so small that I could barely move around enough to wash myself. The bed was barely bigger than me, and there was no real space in the room to move around comfortably. When I was there, I saw the "double" rooms that were advertised on booking, com, and they were easily 3 - 4 times the size of mine, and the beds were much bigger. My room did not match the picture on booking.com at all or my expectations, and I ended up spending as much time as possible out of the room. I made my reservation at this hotel based on the pictures that were provided on booking.com. Had I seen an accurate picture of the room I ended up in, I would not have stayed there.
