Great stay in Napoli
Totally recommend this place. Quick check in, very good location (close to via Toledo and all interesting streets) and helpful service. Very pretty, comfortable room :)
Unfortunately there is No elevator (it’s 3rd floor), but if you dont have 25kg suitcase like we did, it’s Non an issue

On arrival, the conditions were not as expected, especially with regard to the cushions, which presented an inadequate condition. After communication, they were replaced by new ones, and the company made the refund of the amount for the cleaning, which is appreciated, although it does not fully compensate for the initial situation.
During the 5 nights stay, no one came to perform basic tasks: no towels or sheets were changed at any time, nor was something as essential as toilet paper replenished.
Overall, the experience has been uncomfortable and below expectations. I believe that there are important aspects that should be improved.

Nightmare room
The photos of the structure on the site are not true. Room no. 3 in which I stayed was poorly maintained and poorly cared for. It was dirty and there was mold everywhere...from the fixtures to the bathroom. The bathroom radiator was dirty and rusty, the hand soap and shower gel dispensers were empty... not to mention the toilet paper (poor quality). Dirty toilet, dirty taps, full of limescale and scratches. Under the bed there was a deposit of building materials (bricks, and other), dust and insects. The pillows stained with blood... and I don't want to go any further, there would be so much more. I was told that the heating system was programmed to turn on at certain hours of the day, practically never, as it was always off. The worst thing is that on the second day the room was not cleaned and tidied up, despite having followed the manager's instructions by hanging the slip behind the door (I didn't know that you have to request it to have your room cleaned, in my other stays this has always happened automatically, every day, otherwise why do I pay?). Upon my return, after informing the manager, instead of apologizing and taking action to have my room cleaned, he doubted my report, stating that he had to verify from the images of the video surveillance system present in the corridor whether I had really followed the instructions given by him on previous day. The property is located on the top floor of a poorly maintained ancient building with very steep stairs and no lift (information learned only after booking confirmation). Coffee machine and teapot available to guests without water and large glasses (there are only small ones for coffee, strictly made of plastic)... nice service. The price is therefore decidedly excessive and disproportionate given the lack of services and comforts of all kinds. Attention!!! Be wary of what you see! Dealing with hotels is a serious thing. The only truth is the location, quite central.

Brilliant modern apartment
I was in room 1 which has the bedroom on the mezzanine level. It's a bit tight up there but liked it. The bathroom was modern.
There was a coffee machine and kettle on the communal hallway with coffee and tea pods.
The little negative was I think providing breakfast snacks would have been nice since the room has a fridge. Also a notice should go up asking guests to be quiet in the evening and close the main door quietly as it can be heard in Room 1.

Came as a group of 3 travelling around Europe and couldn’t have been happier! Amazing location right next to train station which is great to see Pompeii and Sorrento ( short easy journeys ), stunning room with all the basics and lots of cute bars / restaurants around. We had heard to be wary of Naples but at no point did we feel unsafe, loved the place and the hotel made it. 100% would recommend!
