Wonderful experience
Highly recommended! It has exceeded our expectations. Mr. Nino is a wonderful person, always available, kind and attentive to your every need. A gentleman of yesteryear, with a modern, welcoming, clean structure. You eat well and you will feel really pampered.

TRULY UNIQUE EXPERIENCE!
my family and our group of friends total 23 people, consisting of parents and children, stayed for 8 days at the Aeolian Residence, a beautiful residence located in the upper area of the island from where you can enjoy a beautiful view especially from the pool.
Our experience was much more than positive! All apartments were spotlessly clean and equipped with air conditioning, complete with all the equipment to clean it daily independently or paying a small amount, additional cleaning by the staff was possible. The thing that struck me most and that really had never happened to me in life (I have been traveling and traveling the world for more than 50 years) a total availability and kindness on the part of the staff and especially Nino, the Owner, and her children Mariangela and Lucio. Wonderful people that I got to know slowly since March 2024 when we began to feel for the organization of the stay of the entire group. I have never known such kind people, available for any change even last minute, patient, always with a smile, willing to provide us with any kind of suggestion and to meet our every need. I really have no doubt to stra recommend this place for a holiday in Lipari. I will NEVER forget the legendary Nino with his stories, as if we were inside a novel, who always told us in a bus between one accompaniment and another and the availability and kindness of Mariangela.

Experience not to be repeated!
I stayed at ‘Eolian Residence’ in August 2024. An experience not to be repeated!
The rooms we were assigned, in addition to being outside the residence itself, this implied a path to walk and without any kind of lighting, were dirty and run down. From the start we noticed cobwebs, filthy curtains, sheets with hair and hair, in short, everything you should not find in a self-respecting room. Moreover, the photos on Booking are not at all faithful to the actual conditions of the room assigned to us. But the worst thing was the treatment given to customers: we presented our complaints, politely and politely to the management, politely asking for a change of sheets. A few hours later we were joined by the cleaning lady, who called us back, reproaching us for having to understand the situation as she alone was responsible for cleaning the entire residence, and even added that normally 'sheets are brought from home'. As if it were not enough the shuttle service that on Booking is reported as ‘included in the price’ is actually paid, it is € 1.50 each way, in means neglected especially from the point of view of hygiene, and we often found ourselves waiting hours for someone to show up to take us back to the structure. Breakfast is bare, poor with pre-packaged cakes and little choice in general. Unfortunately it was a bad experience, enriched by a not at all hospitable staff, I would not return and I do not Recommendation such a facility for a stay in the beautiful Aeolian Islands.
