Excellent

I had an excellent experience at Hotel Lorena. First of all, I highlight its very good location, a few meters from the Santa Maria Novella train terminal, which makes it very convenient to move around the city.
The staff was noted for their kindness and willingness to help at all times, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Also, the cleanliness was impeccable throughout my visit.
My room was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The bathroom also had very good dimensions, was modern and functional, which brought even more comfort to the experience.

A one night stay in wonderful Florence

I stayed for one night in this hotel. It is in an excellent location. The entrance was a bit tricky to find at first for me, and the reception and check in area was on the first floor.
The staff were warm and friendly, explained everything very clearly, and showed me to my room. I booked a room with a private bathroom, it was small but I found it ok to use in the end.
I was a bit worried that the location of the room (directly facing the street) that it may be a bit loud and hard to sleep at night. However I had no trouble falling or staying asleep at all.

Hotel With a Charm

I absolutely loved my stay in Lorena hotel, even it was only one night. The location is fantastic, just 6-7 min.from the train station and same to Il Duomo. Just round the corner is San Lorenzo Chapel with Michelangelo's Statues of Medici's brothers.
It's definitely hotel with a charm and soul. Bed very comfy, bathroom bit small but you have all you need in there.
Just be prepared for a bit of noise from outside later at night and in the morning because of the deliveries and bin colection from surrounding businesses.

NEW YEAR IN FLORENCE

Historic hotel in the center of Florence... on foot you arrive immediately in front of the Duomo, which can be glimpsed from the windows of the room... a beautiful thing.
Below the hotel, the alleys are full of restaurants, bars, pharmacies and supermarkets for every need... the room is warm and comfortable... if they added a kettle for herbal teas it would be perfect since the hotel does not provide breakfast... but quietly brings up the food in the room for an intimate breakfast. The managers are really nice and helpful, we will not forget this kindness and will definitely return for another weekend right here in this Hotel.
Perfect New Year's Eve thanks also to this Hotel. I highly recommend staying here.

Hotel dated , clean and centrally located to visit the city.
Staff at reception very nice and helpful.
Close to the central market and Florentine trattorias where you can taste the local specialties.
Highly recommended!
