Great hosts, great spot

We had a wonderful stay in this charming little hotel. Francesca and her husband Marco were extremely friendly and very helpful to me in making some arrangements for the latter part of my trip in Cortina. They were quick to offer to make calls on my behalf. They are just lovely people.
Great location -- quiet street yet so close to the bridge to head into the busy part of Florence. And there's a great gelato spot right before that bridge.
Highly recommend.

Great location in the Oltrarno neighborhood. While only two blocks from the Pitti Palace and a quick 10 minute walk to the Ufizzi, the area seemed more like a neighborhood for locals than the teeming crowds and collection of stores on the other side of the river. There were multiple reasonably priced restaurants within a few blocks. The shops nearby were interesting and locally owned as opposed to the usual corporate stores that you’d find in any tourist destination on the other side of the river.
Aside from the great location, powerful room air conditioning and the fact that the room was clean the B&B did not have much to recommend. There were 3 steep flights of stairs that needed to be navigated to bring the bags to the room. There is a lift but it doesn’t go to the ground level and you find out about it after you check in. The room was plain and opened on a courtyard without views. The breakfast was a good value for €10.
To sum it up, great location and you get what you pay for.

It smells really bad.

The ostentatious hospitality of Constantine's host, who received the money in July, and in September gives a room below the level, and after the scandal still fulfilled his obligations. Bad worn-out linen, smelly sewers, low breakfast rate and rude owner's son.

A very convenient stay in a great location! Right around the corner from Santo Spirito and a less than 5 min walk from the Ponte Vecchio. The Oltarno district is the perfect location when staying on Florence!

I chose the property based on description of being on one floor, as I recently had back surgery. In fact, my room was up 3 very steep stairs.
I did not receive instructions for after hours check in until the day after arrival, despite messages coming through from property about Time of arrival. I was able to call and be let in once I arrived. The location was very good and the room and small terrace where delightful, however “breakfast” was coffee machine I could not figure out and some wrapped cookies.
