Good lunch

I was at the Madonnina together with my team to face Budduso' with all the management. Very pleased with the cuisine, excellent portions and reasonable prices. Friendly and timely service. It's a shame about the slightly dated furnishings and some junk scattered here and there but I still recommend it.

Terrible food. Indecent Service

I ate better in the company cafeteria or hospital. The food tasted like nothing. Staff not particularly friendly. The place seems to have stopped at the 90s.

Bad treatment, breakfast absent, no yogurt and bread, but only bad quality toast and UHT milk

Bad breakfast, UHT milk and biscuits.For those who do I think complete, are bitter morsels to swallow.Waiters unprepared and slow, owner never presente.Sono was terrible, also because I stayed a month and expected a treatment favore.I had to change room, because the air conditioning system did not work

This is an interesting hotel

It is important one for bikers because it is one of the few on this mountain road to Nuoro and there is little choice so it will always be a welcome sight and is open all the year round The atmosphere has a little feeling of Fawlty Towers on a good day ! But it was clean and the food was good and has all the atmosphere of a long established family hotel . It has secure in door parking for bikes so very bike friendly from that point of view

1.The photos shown in the internet do not match with the reality. Hotel, swimming pool, rooms…
2.We booked in March but nevertheless when we arrived, there was nobody waiting for us in the reception.
3.Nobody speaks fluent English
4.Nobody explained us the rules (ex: breakfast from 07:30 to 10.00)
5.We were to dinner normally at 22:00 but one day the manager told us to be at 21:00
6.The swimming pool was very dirty and the furniture was old and damaged
7.The Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the room
8.The WC had a strange smell
9.Half pension was no Buffet. We had every night two options.
a.The first one was always pasta and the second one always meat
b.Every time fries
c.Salad because we asked it
d.No fish
e.Drinks included: Water. All other drinks (Cola, Fanta,…) should be payed separately
f.On the dessert was included: crème caramel and Panacotta. The rest should be payed also separately
10.The breakfast was always very pour
a.Everyday only the same juice and the same croissants
b.We had to ask for bread, cheese and ham
c.Today we even hadn’t cheese or ham. We asked for it and the answer were that it wasn’t ready…
