A dream just awesome SusiHelmiOT

A super nice place, who appreciates an excellent cuisine a dream, the staff just awesome, here just fits everything. Very nice rooms, great wellness area. For skiers when the snow allows departure to the hotel otherwise 2 minutes with the hotel shuttle bus to the main lift Kronplatz.
We have been to Peter's very often it was always super nice.

Like in a fairy tale

A fabulous hotel .... Finesse and attention to detail in every corner of the hotel. Staff available , courteous and attentive to every need ... The daily gifts, not obvious , were appreciated by all of us . Wonderful. The perfect kitchen: everything is served with the utmost perfection. The breakfast... just great! Decorated table with elegance and finesse. .Wonderful spa corner ...Refined and manicured bar area with beautiful books for adults and children, wonderful wooden games for each. What about it? We will definitely come back in the Christmas markets period to taste that ‘fairytale air that you gave us!!!! Thank you!!!!!

Fabulous, thouroughly recommended

We had a lovely week at this hotel, thank you to the owners and staff. Where to start. The hotel is family run and the guests are made to feel welcome and comfortable right when they walk in. We stayed in room Paulus which was great, spacious and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. Contrary to other hotels continental breakfast is served at the table, there is only a buffet for bread and fruit which we thoroughly enjoyed. In addition you can also order cooked breakfast for example omelette or eggs hollandaise. At lunchtime there is a buffet of soup, salad and cake on offer, served by the super friendly hotel staff. Now dinner is something else. This is served as a 5 course meal which is as per the italian culture. The food was consistently fantastic every day. You get to choose your courses for each evening at breakfast, changes to the set menu are possible and they cater for special diets on request. The indoor/outdoor pool and gardens with sunbeds are lovely. The spa is most relaxing, we would highly recommend this. There are organized activities like yoga, hiking and mountain bike tours on offer and electric bikes can be hired directly at the hotel. If you like to set off on your own the hotel reception provides some wonderful recommendations. We would return here in a heartbeat. Also recommended for skiers as not far from Kronplatz/Plan de Corones skilift and the hotel operates a shuttle bus in winter.

Amazing boutique hotel

I’ve traveled the world, staying at many fine places across the globe. This hotel is now in my top five! This family run hotel - where multiple generations work side by side serving guests with an authentic, warm smiles - boats very comfortable rooms, outstanding food, and a lovely spa. I’ve never had better service at five star places across the globe. Proximity to Kronplatz was a huge bonus a with ski-in location. Can’t wait to return.

A jewel!

Hotel nothing short of fabulous! But what I would like to point out is the incredible attention towards customers who have all the staff of this structure, super helpful and always ready to face any request! Really congratulations, we will definitely be back!
