Three days with my husband at the hotel il Duomo, top cleaning staff Excellent, great breakfast and very close to the center.

Terrible!

An experience to forget. They told us that we were assigned room number 14, which is not part of the hotel but is located at the back. Moreover, it is next to the alley of the castle, and I leave it to your imagination the noise that the tourists made while going up and down. More than a room, it seems like a very small basement without windows, and the bathroom lacks ventilation for air exchange.
In front of the entrance door, there is a disgrace: we found sheets thrown on the floor. Paid parking without being indicated is very inconvenient.
Never again!!!

Don't come here!

Cowardly owner and who does not admit mistakes. Room with prewar and dirty blankets. They tell you that there is parking 100 meters to 7 euros and if you arrive for lunch or dinner is always full by the customers of the restaurant la Rocca their sister hotel and of course they do not tell you and then they send you 1 km to a very bad place to park out of the world and with a very bad road to return to Assisi on foot. Rude people and poor service. At breakfast cheap products like them. In the superior room they write that there is a kettle in the room but it does not exist and then they tell you that you could ask but they should have written on request... avoid this place!

We had a very good stay at Hotel Il Duomo. The receptionist was very kind and processed our check in swiftly. The free breakfast was a bonus. We will definitely be back and stay at Hotel Il Duomo again.

I love staying at I’ll Duomo because it’s in the best location in Assisi—adjacent to San Rufino Cathedral and Square; and one mini walk to the main plaza. The staff is friendly and eager to help.
