A nice Umbrian surprise

I align with previous reviews, a magical property, located in a strategic location. Rooms equipped with every comfort, hearty breakfast, beautiful pool, and finally mini fridge and kettle for tea and herbal teas in the room. Discreet and kind managers.

Paradise

Structure surrounded by nature and the Umbrian countryside, consisting of a swimming pool in the middle of the garden. Great location to visit cultural sites such as Assisi, Gubbio, and Spello and much more. Genuine and plentiful breakfast placed inside the house. Functional room with terrace overlooking Assisi. Courteous owners. To return definitely.

I was there for 2 days in June, very kind owner, very available to resolve any problems that occurred in the room as quickly as possible, fabulous and quiet location, plentiful and varied breakfast, I highly recommend it

Wonderful weekend

everything at the top. Magnificent and very convenient place to visit both Assisi located about 9 km away, Gubbio or to go to Lake Trasimeno. The owners Ferruccio and Cinzia are very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back and highly recommended.

Comfort, quiet, perfect swimming pool and very good breakfast

- Spacious room with very good bed and good airconditioning and luxe douche
- large garden with good quality swimming pool and very nice sun beds
- only 3 rooms available, therefore always quiet at breakfast or swimming pool
- breakfast with warm croissants and fresh baked cakes
- b&b runned by the family, very nice people with good recommendations for restaurants
- value for money
