Very bad
The Welcoming on arrival was good: friendly and helpful staff so we felt welcomed.
Unfortunately, the positive feeling felt upon arrival was not confirmed when we logged into the room. The latter appears to have a small window in the bathroom and is, instead, without at least one window in the room. There is only the access door, but it is not possible to leave it open as it overlooks the garden which is an area accessible to other users of the structure (and not only considering that the gate at the entrance is perpetually open so anyone is entitled to enter). The moment we are in the room it is more than legitimate to want to be in your privacy, which would be lost when you kept the French door open. I challenge myself to find someone who, in their own home, has the pleasure of being with the door open. In the absence of windows, therefore, it is necessary to always stay with the air conditioning on, even at night (a real cure-all for health!), as inside the room the temperature is unsustainable. The air conditioner is constantly leaking water and, when we reported it to the staff, we were told that we should report it immediately as the air conditioner becomes clogged. As shown in the attached photo, under the air conditioner the wall is completely moldy and a damage of this kind was inevitably present before our arrival because for such a situation to arise it takes some time, but no one has worked to remedy it indeed, falsely and shamefully, claims that it was created in 2 days.
The Wi-Fi Service, declared as present, is absolutely not working inside the room and, at the time it was said, we were told that “certainly in the room does not work” and then, if there is this certainty, you can not declare that you have a Service that, in fact, does not exist.
Bathroom amenities, which were declared free on Booking, were never provided in four days of stay at the property. Also of this aspect the managers were informed and the answer was “but there are no dispensers? I don’t go into the rooms so you should have told us immediately.” In the rooms, however, the manager of the structure would be appropriate to enter because, in fact, the manager is responsible for overseeing all areas of the structure itself, as well as the services offered.
The person in charge has decided to remove 46€ from the total amount for the inconvenience caused. Although this figure is small, it can only be considered an admission of liability.
In conclusion, the place is definitely nice, but for the reasons stated above I would not recommend staying there.
