Cosy family bnb with an excellent attention to detail. 100% recommend

I don’t know what was the best part of our stay…if it was the cosy-family run feel or the home baked biscuits for breakfast or the exception cleanness! Unfortunately we only spent a night but for the attention to detail and the customer care we had it felt like a week! Loved it!

Negative experience

We stayed at this b&b in August and sincerely we did not feel good, except for the good location that allows in a short time to be close to the ramparts. The only positive point.
The b & b (bedroom and bathroom) is located inside the apartment of the owners and to my personal taste did not like it; despite there is a curtain in the corridor to try to have more privacy, you do not feel comfortable.
The most negative point I emphasize is the lack of air conditioning (in the description on Booking it says air conditioning and instead there are fan blades on the ceiling). In the room it is tremendously hot and you feel a lot of humidity.
Poor quality breakfast; in the morning a trolley is left outside the door with breakfast on it (packaged cake, discount store trunk) being in Sardinia and ALWAYS reading FROM THE DESCRIPTION on Booking “Italian breakfast” we expected something different especially given the fairly salty room price.
The room is never cleaned and towels changed after 3 days!
We will not return and advise against it.

Lovely owners

Everything was perfect, extremely nice owners they helped us booking a restaurant and a taxi from the airport, they even prepared for us some lovely homemade biscuits for breakfast. Lovely stay we will definitely be back soon, thanks so much!
