Have a good vacation

I do not share some terrible reviews. The hotel is good from every point of view; it just lacks a small fridge in the room. Excellent food and very kind staff, fantastic location in front of the London baths, highly recommended.

Negative

The hotel overall wouldn't even be bad, but unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the behavior of the front desk staff. In particular, a blonde lady and a girl with curly hair displayed an attitude towards us that we perceived as unprofessional and disrespectful. Several times, when my boyfriend and I returned to the hotel, we saw them looking at us, laughing among themselves, and whispering, stopping their conversation as soon as we approached. Considering our age difference, we felt mocked; this was the impression they conveyed to us. In a hospitality establishment, one expects warmth, discretion, and respect towards all guests, regardless of any personal characteristics. It is a real shame because the establishment itself is not negative, but such behavior from the staff completely undermines the experience. For this reason, while appreciating some aspects of the hotel, I do not feel comfortable recommending it and would not return.

Non-functioning phone, poorly functioning air conditioner, broken shutter
Broken shower
Hair on the floor, hair in the bidet
I wanted some water and I was unable to drink because the bar was closed, there was no one at the reception, and the phone was not working to call someone.

Pleasant hotel

Hotel a bit dated but comfortable in an excellent location!
The sea view room offers an amazing view.
The reception girls Martina and Laura are wonderful very kind and helpful.

Alassio in October

Hotel a bit dated as furniture , spacious sea view room with a nice balcony .good cleaning ,good breakfast with choice of both sweet and savory .briosch still warm .I would return .
