The hotel is unable to accommodate all these pictures of the yard

The whole yard is a building site and it didn't really interest them.
Not to say it before we came and not to be taken into account even when we were there
Noise of construction rubbish rubbish nail plates grocery with rubbish construction passenger cars in the middle

Shocking.

Get away from this horrible place.
We arrived with a group of 30-year-old net reserve fighters to rest, and unfortunately we experienced service and attitude that I think are just below any criticism.
From an hour-long check, through a room facing the industrial area against our request, and false promises to replace it after we were dried for half an hour in waiting. Even when we sat around a fire (for which we paid an extra) in the evening, our sensation was that the receptionist kept bothering us with demands to finish quickly, to save on trees and to fold a cup of coffee.
But the record came into account. After the vacation, we were surprised to find out that we were due twice. When I called the hotel to get a credit, I encountered my taste for an even more crippling attitude. The receptionist said it was "to be handled," and when I asked for a time frame to know what to expect, he simply replied "slowly" and refused to commit to a time. He refused to move me to accounting, and when I asked for the legal department's email, he replied that they didn't have one, and he just cut the phone off in my face.
Such behavior, which involves double billing and disconnecting the face of a customer trying to find out about his money, is, to me, an unprecedented shame and a sign of zero service consciousness.

Big disappointment.

We arrived at check no. We waited about 40 minutes at the reception. When we were finally received we were told that the room was not ready. We waited 3 hours and about 18 we were desperate and we cancelled the order. The level of service at the reception is below every check. A crowd of people are waiting and not being answered. We asked to talk to the manager and we were directed to the hotel's midway room (March 26), where she sat and smoked a cigarette.

Unpleasant disappointment.

The rooms are nice. The lobby is dirty. Noise is unpleasant.
7:00 a.m. Noise and pizzas on the table and the floor
There's no nightlight in the rooms. And if you want to read the answer, turn on all the room lights.
Disappointing experience I would recommend
