Always a great stay!
The Inbal never disappoints! Between the service from their staff, exceptional rooms and delicious food, this is the best game in town.

BAD
Huge difference from what they present to reality.
Very disappointing from nearly every experience in the hotel.
No coordination between the price they charge to the service they offer.
Cleaning is not the strong side of the hotel.
Pool is far from being clean inside or outside the pool, furniture are in bad condition.
Pool bar is not close to give proper service or food quality.
A bottle of water 16 NIS
Don’t go near this hotel, price is triple the real value.

A Gem of a Hotel in The Most Special City

The Inbal and her staff are fantastic! From check in to check out and all parts in between, I was well taken care of. They were accommodating with special requests, allowed for a late check out so I had more time after returning from class on my departure day, and booked me a taxi to the airport that saved me time and money.
Throughout the stay, I was always greeted with a warm smile by the staff. Special thank you to .Manager Jiries, Front Desk Associate Nati amd all the staff. They made a meaningful trip extremely comfortable. I felt at home for a week long stay and I will definitely stay at the Inbal on my next visit.

The hotel manager was very friendly.
The reception staff is very kind.
The hotel is very close to many attractions and especially not far from the wall.
