Amazing people 10/10 service really in reception cute cute hotel people really cute we got here we got a room after five minutes and we closed a room five minutes before cute levels recommend really high-level rooms the toilets the room itself the TV really level

Clean room but in great need of renovation, adjustments needed on the balcony door as the noise from the ventilation across is very noticeable, cardboard entrance door with unbearable noise coming from the hallway. Fortunately, I had my earplugs..

We got to the hotel for half a penny.

We were told at the reception to cancel dinner and stay at another hotel.

We went to another hotel after a shower to eat.
The hotel manager said I'm gonna transfer you to the hotel online with dinner at the hotel.
We immediately returned luggage after placing it in a min1 luggage room.
We went to the hotel, we signed up, we paid 250 security and we said a few hours we'd get a room.
After three hours, we met to ask what was going on with the room. We waited another half hour.
That back said you're going back to Maris here. There's no place.
We went back and packed our bags.
We had to run for my wife a few months after my neck surgery.
And began to suffer pain.
We were told that a taxi would take us back to dinner.
Another hotel in the network.
We ordered a cab from the reception to get to dinner.
After the trip, I get out of the taxi.
The driver is paying.
I didn't get any documents from the hotel.
I had to pay.
After dinner, I asked for a paper.
Taxi back to Marys
I was told by the hotel manager.
A document only Maris gives
I paid for a taxi again.
We've never encountered anything like that.

We travelled with a couple and a child, the hotel itself is fine, good food and close to everything... The only big disadvantage that ruined our vacation is room 119 above the meter.

This is my title. An unusual hotel.

So I closed rooms for me and the company for New Year's Eve, I did everything through the network's booking center, I selected everything and I closed all the corners.
We just got to the check-in and the pulse started.
They don't get certain tickets.
They don't get checks.
They do not receive payment remotely.
And they're not trying to help.
It's a holiday night when all the hotels around are full and that's not interesting, even talking to the receptionist didn't help.
We paid some cash, but that wasn’t enough.
For two hours we've been stuck in the lobby with the only means of payment that this hotel is unwilling to accept.
With the help of a company with connections we were able to find another hotel from now on.
I used to stay in another hotel of the network and there was also a bad experience but of a different kind.
Of course we do not intend to go back and warn others.
You cannot describe the soul.
