This hostel has been renovated. It's super clean, has many bathrooms, has a big fully equipped kitchen and spacious common area. They are have a super helpful drying room which helps to dry wet shoes and clothes.

Couple travelling from Canada, this place was lively and a nice stay in a pretty fishing town. The hostel has lots of rooms, a full kitchen and eating area, lots of showers, laundry spaces, and parking. Although there were many people everyone settled in for the night so sleeping wasn’t an issue. We would stay again!

Room was on the smaller side, but clean and comfortable. Shared bathrooms are spacious and clean, but can get busy particularly in the evenings. The kitchen is well stocked. The property is close to a golf course, it was nice to walk around and just enjoy the scenery. As with almost all accommodations in Iceland, there is no AC so we just left a window open in the evenings. FYI, you have to remove your shoes and put it in a cubby when you enter the property. There’s an N1 gas station nearby, has great hotdogs.

Just as advertised. We had a single room, large bathroom, VERY clean, even the windowsills were spotless! Good public seating area. We did not use kitchen facilities but a huge place for that. The manager (I believe she is the manager) was welcoming and made it a pleasant experience.

Clean facilities, comfy bed, and the lady that runs the place is extremely helpful and kind.
