Nicely priced, clean, good breakfast

Location is nice and quiet, secluded, and clean, but a very short drive to the busier area of Adare. Very generous continental breakfast and the host was very nice and accommodating and gave good advice about the surrounding area. There was also outdoor seating and a living room with a fireplace if you desired those sorts of settings.

Stunning property!

Stunning home to stay in & Kathleen was the most amazing host. Immaculately clean & bed was super comfy. Large room with everything one needs. A delicious breakfast to start the day too! Highly recommend and will 100% stay again next visit. Peaceful & relaxing. 10/10

A charming room

Despite a slightly cold welcome, we spent a pleasant night at this property. The room, very spacious, was decorated with taste and care. Good breakfast, although a bit simple compared to other establishments.

Absolutely amazing experience there!❤️

Highly recommend to spend the night in this amazing house. The mistress of the house is absolutely lovely! Breakfast is very tasty and has a fresh juice, cheeses, bread, yogurts and etc.
Our room was very spacious and cozy. We had bathrobe and slippers and also amazing view on the green field.

True Irish Welcome & Hospitality

Kathleen & all the McNamara household are very friendly and made us all welcome. We stayed 1 night but if near Limerick again this property will be my first choice. Very comfortable beds, peaceful and quiet with a beautiful setting of the countryside. On arrival Kathleen made us tea and coffee with some slices of her homemade apple tart! Absolutely delicious.
Our room was very clean, plenty of space large wardrobe and an en-suite with a great shower and plenty of hot water. We arrived late 5pm and tired after a long day some of us just wanted a shower and bed. Then a couple of others enjoyed the garden and talking with members of the family and stable staff. Then around 7pm we were hungry so ordered a takeaway from the chippa in croom who delivered which was so handy. Thank you for a great tasty breakfast. The bread was amazing. This is a wonderful, family and comfortable home. A really lovely environment of happiness and a beautiful peaceful environment.
