Aesthetic Hotel in Kemang
First time check-in here and I feel very happy. Thank you in particular to Ms. Kevin for all his help during his stay.
The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast although the menu is not very much, but everything is delicious, especially the balladou eggs that are my favorite. I also ordered an ice coffee with sugar aren, and it tasted really good.
In-room snacks and a paid minibar are available. Other facilities are also quite complete, including the rooftop pool. In the lobby area there is a restaurant that sells various snacks and breads.
The only disadvantage in my opinion is the fairly limited parking space. However, the hotel provides a valet service to help the guests who carry vehicles.
In my opinion, this hotel is more suitable for couples than families, especially due to its location and atmosphere. At night, music from the building next door is still heard, which may be a little disturbing for noise-sensitive guests.
Overall, my stay experience remained enjoyable and I do not hesitate to come back on another occasion.

The hotel won't blow my funds
I am very disappointed with this hotel. I canceled my reservation before H day, but the hotel won't refund my money.
Be careful staying in this hotel that only thinks of the benefits of its own business, without thinking of the losses of its prospective clients.
Hope this hotel gets a worse return.

We stayed at Hotel Monopoli for a few nights and had a mixed but overall decent experience. The location is definitely a plus, situated in Kemang and close to business areas, it’s convenient for both work and leisure. However, one thing we didn’t anticipate was that the hotel is also a nightlife spot. At night, the sound from karaoke, dancing, and loud music was quite noticeable, which might not suit guests looking for a quieter stay. It only last until around 2AM, and might be enough as a white-noise for some people.
Breakfast was okay. On weekdays, they offer a set menu which we really appreciated — it was more curated and enjoyable. On weekends, they switch to a buffet style (perhaps due to higher occupancy), but it was a bit average. That said, in general, the food at the hotel was good.
Housekeeping was attentive, they checked in every morning, and when we requested cleaning only while we were out, they followed through without issue.
We arrived late at night after a long journey from Bangkok and Johor, and were a bit surprised by the number of terms and conditions — for instance, no hotel sandals allowed in the lobby and other small rules. While understandable, it felt a bit restrictive to be met with so many dos and don’ts right after arriving.
That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Indonesian hospitality really shines here, and we appreciated their warm service.

Unique and convenient.
Cozy and convenient place to stay in South l Jakarta. The room is clean and well taken care of. Very friendly and attentive hotel staff. Shout out to Ello and Noffy. Look for them whenever you are here.

Comfortable.
A nice room, aesthetically comfortable, the staff is friendly and there is a desire to stay again. The elevator is cool and the bed is comfortable.
