Closes to Juanda international T2 airport

Hotel was good service at the reception is superb. Breakfast need to improve in food variety. Room cleanliness if ok however towel need to change it is look old .sutle bus to airport was not on time as scheduled.

Please read all the bad reviews here. And I can say 99.9% is true. They gave us a wrong deluxe room. At 10pm, they called us to pay more or change room. It was their fault but we had to pack our luggage and moved to other room. No compensation was given. The room was spacious but cleanliness was out. There was anthill inside toilet. The room is not cold also true. The aircond was functioned well but I think the position was wrong.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Surabaya Airport and Immigration office, but it only provided a shuttle from and to the airport despite the immigration office being close. If you don't get a King bed room, then you will be stuck in very tiny and uncomfortable twin beds. Additionally, the condition of the hotel is not the best. There were outlets that was dislodged from the wall and some visible damage on walls.
Finally, there isn't much to do around this area. You need to drive out at least 30 minutes to find a city center or mall.
Of course, the price here is good, so you end up getting what you pay for.

Not good

I would avoid this hotel. There was construction going on at the standard suites so the noise and dust was terrible. Even if you had to stay there , take the delux room and not the standard room because the standard room has old and bad beds and are not clean especially the toilet floor. I would not eat there too as there were many flies in the cafe and the food was substandard. The worst part is the unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Never again.

Very affordable with modern and clean room, great among two star hotel near Juanda

We stayed here during one night transit before departing to Bali for our Honeymoon, we found that it was great choice, very close to airport and super affordable price.
The minus was only the delay upon our departure since we got a very early flight so we depart around 5 am, and by that time the night reception was not on his post and it takes about 10 minutes before he come and do our checkout process. but no big deal. aside of that all was fine. for the breakfast we didn't get to have it due to early flight.
Overall it is still recommended for traveler
