Awesome stay
Our room had a private pool. There is a common swimming pool around which evening programs are organised. Chai and fixed night dinner was too yummy.

I appreciate the kitchen staff for the vegan cum jain food
Hotel West Coast in Nagaon. The staff went above & beyond making us feel truly welcomed.The rooms were very comfortable & the location was perfect
Breakfast & dinner was delicious

WORST and TERRIBLE PROPERTY, this not a resort , it is rooms run by goons and uneducated staff
ROOMS: are congested and dark, poor lighting so that we cant see the dirt . the bed sheets are not clean .
FOOD; is pathetic there is just one gravy for all dishes so if order butter chicken the same gravy with two spoons of butter will come.....:0)
STAFF: is always on mobile surfing . if ask for help they do a favor .they have no qualification in hotel management or certification hospitality.
if you have a expensive car and tip of the staff members others get jealous and all hell break lose . i did the mistake of tipping the bell boy who got my luggage to the car with 100 rupees . then with a minute other staff member saw and started complaining about stains on some wort less towel (photo attached). and demanded fine 500 rupees . actually i found it funny we paid just so i can write this review how they extort money from you . they don't even know why towels are used for . such quality towels are kept on bathroom door floor to wipe you feet in proper resort .
if you have family and flaunt you money don't go to shady place this not resort it is just a property with rooms run by money extorts.

Nearby Beach hotel.
The food is also average; we ordered prawns, but they were frozen. Moreover, while playing, my daughter got injured on a ladder as a worn metal piece hit her leg badly. They should review all such small things during maintenance.
Overall, the stay was good, but they should employ professional staff and address maintenance issues promptly.
