Great Hotel option in Indore

My stays at this hotel over the last two months has been excellent. On each visit, the experience has been most satisfying, giving a feeling of home away from home.
The staff is noted for their courteous service, and many reviews highlight the cleanliness and well-maintained rooms. While the overall hospitality makes it a value-for-money stay.
A special mention to your Floor Executive, Mr. Ibrahim, His attentiveness and personalized service level was good. we are grateful for his support.
Additionally, the team at F&B - Mr. Rana and Aman - both were most courteous

Good Staff, Good Breakfast & Average Rooms

I arrived at around 11 am in the morning. I was allowed to check in. Room was spacious however, it was dusty. The floor had stains which didn’t go even after the house keeping cleaned it. Toilet seat was worn out. Bed sheets were torn. I tried to have an afternoon sleep but the dust made me sneeze a lot. I took this issue to front desk. They showed me alternative rooms and moved me into it. Next room was little cleaner than the previous room. Beed sheets were okay. Cupboard had stains. Staff was prompt which I appreciate. All rooms in hotel were sold out. I feel hotel management needs to pay attention to the worn out stuff in the room and replace it or get it cleaned properly.
I had breakfast twice. The menu was same. Breakfast was good. Staff at the restaurant is prompt as well.

Excellent service, Comfortable Room, food Mouthwatering, Cleaning up to the mark,Gud Staff and Soft Nature, location gud, health club also gud, roof top Nazaara Restaurant view awesome, live music excellent,brackfast variety also gud

Can't sleep for whole night because of their rooftop restaurent

Third class staff ,,,can't sleep for whole night because of their rooftop restaurant,,ask for whole amount of payment at the time of entering the hotel,,after several complaints ,,they shifted us in executive room ,,which is in very bad condition,,so sorry don't gv them advanve

Excellent, Superb trip.

Hotel staff is very helpful and very good service and hospitality. Great atmosphere, roof roof restaurant, food is very delicious.
Here's Poonam Lodhi & Deep jyoti staff very helpful towards customers always.
Recommended to visit once.
