Hotel Is Quite Good
Hotel Dogra Residency is one of the best budget hotels in Patnitop. The hotel location is good. Good space outside the rooms. Food is also good. Need some improvement in cleanliness. Naag Temple and Patnitop Park is on walking distance.

Average hotel with good view of forests
The hotel location is good. There is a large common open space with a sit out on the ground floor where one can sit and watch the forests and mountains. The rooms are just okay, however, the cleanliness of bedding, waterjugs, towels, washrooms and rooms in general is just average or below average. The open space is the centre of activity which sometimes translates in a noise inside the rooms. However, the hotel location is such that if the number of guests is less, then it feels ghostly here.
The room service is fast, however, we mostly ordered tea from there. All in all, in average season, the room is not worth Rs.1000/- per day.

Worst Hotel
One of the worst hotel I have ever seen operating. We had booking of 2 rooms, one room with extra bed. They have provided only one towel per room though we were 5 people. when we asked they said this is their policy. Wash basin was not working at all. Wash room water was getting clogged. Please do not book this hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is location. but it is not worth if you consider other point.

Very good location
This hotel in picturesque Patni Top makes you feel at home. Some of the rooms are strategically positioned and one can see the mountains and pine-tree tops from the balconies and windows. Rooms have attached washrooms, which are clean and have ample water supply. There is a spacious courtyard in front of the hotel where you can enjoy your morning cup of tea and breakfast by soaking in the greenery all round.
