Excellent dining experience with quality food and attentive service
Had a great family dinner here. The restaurant was clean, spacious, and welcoming. The food quality was excellent, and there were plenty of options for everyone to enjoy. The staff was polite and attentive and special thanks to Stayabrata for the best food suggestions.

Terrible experience
Had a very disappointing experience at Zone by The Park, Digha.
We booked the hotel through MakeMyTrip under the name Souvik Pradhan, and the booking payment was already completed through MMT. However, after check-in, the front office staff informed us that there was some issue/glitch with the MMT booking and asked us to pay an additional ₹1,050.
The extra amount is not my main concern. My concern is how a booking could be confirmed and payment accepted by MakeMyTrip if there was an issue with the reservation. This created unnecessary confusion and inconvenience during check-in.
Unfortunately, the front office staff was also quite unprofessional in handling the situation. The overall experience was disappointing, and we did not enjoy our stay.
I hope the hotel and MakeMyTrip look into this issue and improve their coordination and guest service.

Expect 3-star treatment from a 5-star hotel
We were upgraded to a suite room at first by Karanjit, a very sweet guy at the front desk. Everything was perfect with the suite room. Food was excellent. Room was amazing. But next day we were asked to leave because we had separate bookings for two consecutive days.
This is where the problems began. One of the rooms were very nice. But the other, specifically room number 221, it was an awful room! The toilet kept leaking, every time you flush, the washroom floor kept flooding with water. And if that wasn’t disgusting enough, the jet spray was leaky too. Despite telling others at the reception, they did nothing. They said they sent technicians, but still, the problem was never solved. It’s a 5-star hotel. You’d expect basic service and proper maintenance of the property from the people. Front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, not just towards me, but towards other guests as well (except for Karanjit)…. I don’t think I’m ever coming back here again.
Food was good. Quality is amazing. And the restaurant staff, Satyabrata, Nilam, and Sourav, these three were really the nicest people at the property. The one at the front desk and the three people at the restaurant, only 4 people you’ll find worth mentioning at this property. They had great hospitality, good behaviour, and always there if you need help.
Overall, not worth the visit but should definitely eat at the restaurant for the food.

Unprofessional management
The worst part of this hotel is the management. During check-in, the receptionist checked my booking details and asked me to wait in the lobby, saying they would call me once the room was ready. Although many rooms were available (around 90%), I had to wait.
I arrived around 12 PM, before the official check-in time of 1 PM. Even though more than 90% rooms were available, I ended up waiting for 45 minutes. During that time, I noticed that some guests who arrived after me were given rooms earlier. When I asked the reception staff, they said they were not aware, even though I was sitting right in front of them with my family. Their behavior was very unprofessional.
The swimming pool was also in very poor condition. The water was dirty, almost like garbage, and using it could cause skin infections.
The hotel room itself was good. The restaurant's food tasted decent, but it was not worth the price. The pricing should be lower considering the taste and portion size, as the food quality was similar to that of an ordinary restaurant.
