직원들은 친절했습니다.
침구들이 낡았고 행사장이 있는지 밤에 음악소리가 너무 컸습니다. 다행히 12시 전에는 끝나더군요.
조식은 채식단으로 괜찮았습니다.

A scam Place
Very bad location. Rooms were like a jail cell. Window 2 feet x 1.5 feet and 4 feet from ground can't see any thing out side. They have a policy no refunds. I check in and check out in 30 min.
I wouldn't stay even for free.
It is a scam place. they own both websites. hotel n bokking.

Avoid if a smaller room is an issue, rest all is good
We stayed here for three nights, from 21st Nov-24th Nov, 2025. The initial room allocated to us was 3005, but since the room was way too small, we had to negotiate for a better room which was allocated after a discussion.
Pros:
Distance: the location of the hotel is roughly 2.5 km from the Varanasi Junction, which hardly takes 15-20 mins to reach. The same is the distance from Kashi Vishwanath temple. So the location is good.
Food: we didn't book any food in advance but went to the restaurant and ordered. Taste and variety wise, its great. Do try maharaja thali.
Hospitality: No issues here, room service, check-in and check-out was responsive and quick.
Cons:
ROOM SPACE: it will be a deal breaker for many, including me. The room is extremely small, including the washroom and you can easily find yourself suffocating if you are not good with small spaces. They might have premium rooms, so do check them, but deluxe should be avoided in my opinion.
Locality: the road to the hotel is in pretty bad shape.
If you are okay with smaller spaces, this place is a good choice, otherwise avoidable.

Not advisable to stay
The location is a bit away from the main road, but still ok . The rooms are small , but the bathrooms are tiny . 1 person can also not get in n out easily. The only good part is the food at the restaurant. Its better to stay at their Hari Vilas property nearby.

Sad story
I stayed at this Hari Vilaas Enclave hotel in Varanasi for 2 night but it left me feeling highly disappointed.. because of the reason that, from the outside the hotel is built in a nice manner & the display Glow sign boards and all the facade create a false impression that it is a very nice and good hotel.
But actually I would say that the problem here has two aspects to it. First of all they have tried to consume too much space, by building too many rooms in too little space, thereby resulting in very -very small rooms and even smaller bathrooms, to the extent that it become inconvenient to get inside the bathroom, as the bathroom door after opening, leaves a very little space to get in , and with no ventilation it becomes very suffocating and second of all, is the housekeeping part which although being a new hotel, is not up to the mark and as a result you can get an uncomfortable feeling in the room.
Now I would describe my personal stay
Actually I was allocated room number 3006 which is a room without any windows and as a result it became really catastrophic to stay & to top the problem was very very tiny bathroom And the other very major issue was bed bugs.. I could hardly imagine having bed bugs in the hotel which is 6 months old but maybe local lack of ventilation and maintenance is the one of the reasons for that.
I stayed there for two nights & after the first night of stay when I got red rashes, all over my body I started looking for some reason & I even after I got the bed sheet changed, I saw small bugs moving on the bed …which I even filmed on my mobile camera & after complaining to the reception, they were reluctant to change my room and it was about 10:00 in the night and then they finally asked me to shift to this room number 3008, which was an under construction room, it was half done, the walls were half painted, the wall had wall putty marks and refrigerator was also missing. It was horrible experience and to top it, was inconsideration from the management. Even after launching complaint regarding the bed bugs, they were not ready to give me a decent room. …I’ve been staying in so many hotels over the past so many years But, this was the one of the most pathetic experiences for me.
I would rather request all the guests who are reading this review to kindly have a look at the room before checking in and stay only if you are satisfied.
