Good choice in an area with very few places to choose from
The location is simply perfect, right on the lake's banks, the right spot from where you can start your cycling experience. From here, we did the whole lake, a circular, all-way flat path, without any traffic except for a few fishermen who have, I guess, a permit to enter the lake area to park their cars close to where they fish. In total, if you also get lost once, you will have 70 km of cycling, which we did it in one day.
The staff were all nice or at least tried to be so. The problem is that very few speak anything else than Hungarian, which can be frustrating at times, but overall they did all their best, in their own way, to serve us.

Watching the river from the window
The room was big enough and clean enough.
Beds were comfortable but living room sofa is very uncomfortable, even for sitting.
Air condition controller consol is very complicated and we did not manage to set it.
There is no elevator so if you are old or do not like stairs, do not book a floor level room (I do not know if they have ground floor rooms).
View from window was very nice, directly on the river.
Parking was big and free for us.
The minibar was empty and they could not sell any drinks at 11 PM when I asked.
Lady in the bar early morning should learn to smile to make guests' morning happier.
Breakfast was OK.

Déception !
Nous sommes âgés (80 ans) et avons du mal avec notre valise.
personne n'est venu nous aider à la porter au premier étage, pourtant il y avait deux personnes à la réception.
Il a fallu qu'un client de l'hôtel vienne nous donner un coup de main !
Restaurant quelconque avec un service arrogant !
Non, nous n'y retournerons plus !

László, ein guter deutschsprachiger Kellner.
Gute Küche
Schöner Ausblick.
Negativ:
Unfreundliche Chefin.
Sperrstunde je nach Laune.
Abends meist kein gemütliches sitzen an der Bar möglich.
Kein wechseln der Hand- und Badetücher sowie der Bettwäsche.
Keine Ablage in der Dusche.
Kein Föhn.
Uralte Betten und Matratzen.
Einfaches ideenloses Frühstück.
Überzogener Zimmerpreis.
Bis 2007 war alles noch super!!!
Danach ging es mit dem Service bergab und die Preise für ungarische Verhältnisse stiegen rapide an.
