Excellent location

We arrived shortly after midnight and the owners gave us the time to settle, we didn't have to hurry at all. We had a nice room with terrace. The morning after we had a nice breakfast with eggs, pancakes... and after that, the owners (ver friendly!!) Helped us to arrange our transportation to Antigua! Perfect hotel for a first night in Guatemala

Don't Believe the Pictures

We recently stayed here as a last resort when we arrived in Guatemala City. There was a dilapidated trucked parked in front and looked liked it did not run. We were allowed to park inside, which was safer then parking on the street. The guy who checked us in was the only one who spoke English. The same room we stayed in looked better in the pictures on the website. The window was cracked, the bathroom vent was a hole in the wall and stucco to the outside. There was also mold in our room. The room was dingy and only had one outlet, so bring splinters and extension Cords if you need electricity for more than one device. There is a typical breakfast which is standard in most hotels in Guatemala. If you have more than a two star standard, please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Not great

Stayed here for one night before a very early flight as it’s very near the airport and offered free transport to the airport.
Woke up, got ready, rang the bell for service as instructed so we could go to the airport at 530am and no one came. Ended up having a take an Uber.
The rooms look much better in the pictures. The paint is falling off and has black patches. If your room is facing the street it’s very noisy.
Bathroom was ok, had hot water. No shower gel or shampoo provided so bring your own
Wouldn’t stay here again

Very good short stay hotel, nearby the Airport.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night, just before leaving Guatemala. The hotel is nearby the airport, and comparing with other hotels from the same price range, this one defenitly stands out. The owner is really kind and makes sure everything is as you like. He helped me order some food for the night, and the breakfast (wich is included) was really good. Even though the house is not super modern, everything was clean, WiFi was good, and you can have your cup of coffee outside (and enjoy the sun). The owners also drives you to the airport (for free)! The only minus is that the house can be pretty noisy (there are always cars passing through); but nothing that earplugs can’t solve!

Este lugar es sumamente, sucio y desordenado, nos quedamos dos noches pq una operadora de tours nos hizo la reserva, las instalaciones estan en pesimas condiciones, parece q no hubieran limpiado los cuartos en meses... No se lo recomendaria a nadie... No habia ni siquiera jabon en la ducha no funcionaba la ducha, no habia ni un espejo en el baño, pero si una ventana que daba a unas gradas...haciendolo sumamente i personal.. Los duelos fuefon amables pero en si el lugar es una fatal experiencia
