Great accommodation with super hosts

We stayed at the studio for 4 days. Our overall experience was super. The studios are newly built with a modern interior. Spacious room and bathroom with a big verandah. The compound is located in the super busy Scala. There is noise coming from the street but it is not disturbing. The studios are walking distance from the port and the main street were all the tavernas, restaurants and bars located. Beware there is no sea view. Our balcony had a mountain view of chora. The hosts we super cool and friendly. I have to mention it is pet friendly facility and there is no strict check out policy.

Simple and quiet, with attentive owners.

The apartment compound, newly built by the owners, is situated near the centre of Skala, thus convenient for travellers without cars to pick up groceries etc. from the nearby supermarket, but also very quiet in the evenings.
We had a suite with balcony on the first floor, with a nice view towards Hora and the monasteries. The suite is simply and comfortably furnished via Ikea, although the pillows could have been firmer. Basic kitchen utensils are provided for those wishing to make a breakfast and simple meals, and the owners kindly stocked the fridge with complimentary water and bread as well. The bathroom could be improved with a shower curtain and perhaps some local bathroom products, but otherwise it was fine.
The owners were friendly and responsive to our requests (although best to discuss the issue/means of payment in advance), and fellow guests quiet in the evenings as we chilled on the balcony with a glass of wine. Overall a relaxing and comfortable retreat, recommended for longer stays in particular.
