Great stay

It was beautiful the room - come, clean - very practical in terms of space - the pool clean, impeccable service from all staff- very professional approach, breakfast was very delicious but I would like a little variety more. We would definitely stay again and another time!

I am very disappointed with the way this hotel handled my case.
I accidentally booked the wrong date and discovered my mistake only one week after making the reservation, when I physically arrived at the hotel on 21 July, believing my booking was for that day. Unfortunately, there was no availability for the following five days, so I had to find alternative accommodation.
The reservation I made was actually for 21 October, which was still approximately three months away.
I immediately contacted the hotel and did not ask for a free refund. Instead, I offered to pay the additional 20% required for the Flexible Rate, exactly as the hotel explained in its own policy. I simply asked to convert my reservation by paying the difference.
Despite my willingness to pay the additional amount and despite the long time remaining before the reservation date, my request was refused. After several respectful emails, the hotel eventually stopped responding altogether.
I fully respect that hotels have cancellation policies. However, I also believe that customer service is measured by how a business handles honest mistakes and whether it is willing to find a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
I hope future guests will carefully review all booking conditions before making a reservation.

Magnificent hotel
