A holiday of relaxation
A quiet campsite with a population of affectionate and non-molesting cats. A quiet bay both equipped and free from which to enjoy fantastic sunsets. The beach bar and restaurant are a bit expensive compared to the beaches of the peninsula and for younger guests few spaces for socializing (the bar closed at 11.00 and the volleyball and basketball courts were dark). Also I would recommend a beach court with sand instead of concrete for better usability. Small market but well stocked. Overall Recommendation

O acampamento é ótimo, o manejo é uma droga
O camping é ótimo também e a praia, mas a gerência é muito estrito e não amigável. A administração não me deixava entrar com meu carro dentro do local de acampamento assim eu posso montar minha barraca e tirar o carro, e a senhora é como se você quiser entrar com você paga taxa e eu sou como o OK. Então eu volto para a recepção e ela é como se você não estivesse tirando seu carro do acampamento. Os locais de acampamento não foram limpos, lá nós somos resíduos de pinheiro em todo o lugar. O refregaator no compartilhado não estava funcionando e minha comida ficou podre com em 2 dias e eu tive que jogar toda a minha comida e os ruídos dos sapos são loucos. Não recomendaria ou novamente para Castello camping. E eles não oferecem acesso Wi-Fi gratuito, então você deve pagar pelo WiFi.

The management of the hotel is open to listen carefully to all the comments of the hotel guests, even the most negative ones, in order to optimize its operation. I am very sorry for the unpleasant experience you had during your stay at our accommodation.

Generally in hotels we are obligated to declare all customers by name and all the vehicles that park inside too. If we have a state control and they find a person or vehicle inside that is not declared is the same as not giving an invoice for provision of services. Our laws on that matter are really strict. You said that the receptionist was not friendly. I hope it was an isolated incident and did not reflect on the service from our staff in general.
Wifi is free of charge for all clients in our accommodations (Rooms, Apartments, Mobile Homes and Caravans).
I am really sorry about the incident with the refrigerator. I hope you had mentioned it to us so we could take care of it. It is hard to check the state of a common use public refrigerator.
I hope to be able to host you again in the future, in order to correct the image you have of our hotel.

Under expectations
1. No internet at the last caravans. From the reception was convincing me they expect the technician every day, but the problem stays until the end of our stay
2. The areas are not threaten for mosquitos. Impossible to stay in front of the caravan without min 4 anti-mosquito spirals
3. Old, dirty, and broken washing machines, costing 5 euro/wash
4. Public toilets are not cleaning with detergent
5. And the smell last 3 days from the septic tank was terrible
Never will go back!

Bad management and unwelcoming staff
We have been going to this campsite for the last few years, it is a small family campsite but in the last few years it is getting worse and worse in terms of service. One year they put us in a caravan next to the organic one, the smell was unbearable to the point that in the middle of the night we left the mobile home to move away to the beach to get some oxygen. we asked for a transfer to an empty mobile home mainly because we also have 2 small children, they told us it was not possible as if it was our fault that it smelled and we had to find the solution ourselves! because we were in the company of others 3 families we didn't get up to leave. after a lot of begging they changed our caravan after 2 days. we are talking about a health issue! we are making a reservation for next August and I asked if I can change the departure date they told me the cancellation policy and without saying yes they cancel my reservation on their own initiative. leaving us hanging! there is no communication phone and all this is done via email. I have never encountered in my life so far a more unprofessional manner and such wrong handling from the reservations department.
