Super experience

We stayed as family (2 adults and 2 kids in the 20s) at Loukia for 6 nights and we had the most amazing time. We had a large apartment (ground floor) with nice new kitchen (with dishwasher), living room, 2 bedrooms - and 2 bathrooms as well as large terrace - and independent silent air conditioning in all rooms. Everything was in top, good mattresses, everything is new and well ⁇ ined - even shampoo is far above normal hotel standard. When we arrived there were 6 bottles of water on the cool for us and along the way we were delivered both fresh fruit and eggs from our own chicken farm. The physical quality was top - but the service and welcoming were even better. The normal host John was not there that week, but it was his mother - Loukia - who speaks nothing but Greek but who 100% proved that communication has nothing to do with language - she was absolutely amazing. And John was all the time to get in touch with by phone if there was anything we missed. We have stayed many places but never felt as welcome as we did at Loukia. We will definitely stay there again if we return to Syros. Kini is a lovely city for bathing and only 20 minutes from the main town by bus. The place can be booked both as AirBnB, via Reservation.com and directly - there may be significant price differences.

Mismatch of benefits and room charge

Let's start with the positives
Close to the beach about 7 minutes walk but the return is uphill don't venture
Very good mattress with shades on both sides with a very small balcony to eat your breakfast
We stayed 5 days and they didn't change our sheets and towels also they don't clean everyday and I think it's too expensive for what it provides
Also in an email I received they informed me that extra coffee capsules will be charged 50 cents each
I find it unacceptable not because of the charge, but how you treat the customer when he actually pays €130 in an old building that has been renovated inside but still shows its age and does not even provide breakfast

Πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια πλήρος εξοπλισμένα
η κυρία Λούκια ΠΑΝΤΑ με το χαμόγελο .
Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα η καλύτερη επιλογή
με διαφορά από την δεύτερη.Ειναι σίγουρο ότι
θα το επισκευθω ξανά.

Εξαιρετικό Δωμάτιο!!

Πολύ ωραίος και καθαρός χώρος. Πολύ όμορφη αισθητική και φιλόξενους οικοδεσπότες!! Άνετος χώρος με προσοχή στην λεπτομέρεια... Πλήρες ανακαινισμένο δωμάτιο σε ήσυχους τόνους που σου προσφέρει απίστευτη χαλάρωση!!!
