Viaggio di affari

Albergo pulitissimo, prima colazione ottima, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, la camera prenotata aveva un problema con la doccia ma subito il personale (parla inglese molto bene) ha risolto immediatamente il problema dando un altra camera (Junior Suite) di pari livello. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Bagno molto pulito. Si trova in posizione centrale e zona tranquilla, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ovvio che se dovesse capitare ci ritornerò.

Bussines visit in Zugdidi

We didn't plan to stay at this hotel. But others were fully occupied. The room was comfortable but not sparkingly clean. Breakfast was included. Very minimal. They said due to a pandemic they didn't offer a buffet breakfast.
They should pay more attention to cleanness.

The best in Zugdidi

This is new hotel, located in the central part of the city, just a short distance from the central boulevard, in a small, quiet street. Rooms are bright and large, very clean, bathroom size is also OK, water pressure is good. Lobby is small, restaurant and breakfast area is on the 6th floor with nice view to the city. Breakfast is not reach, nothing special, but it worth to visit restaurant at evening- one of the best chiefs of Zugdidi recently moved here and he is offering the best West Georgian foods. So, you should definitely try! One negative - the TV program choice is extremely poor and it should be widen ASAP. Staff is very friendly, fast and helpful. So, highly recommended.

Good but could be better

The Hotel is new, Clean. Looks like the staff is not trained properly but hope they will become better bit by bit.
Breakfast could be better but it is fine, no big choice but quality is fine.
Under on of the clocked there is written Pekin instead of Beijing, Looks like the management doesn't speak English.
There was strange warning paper in the hotel, I made a photo of it and attached here.
For the moment the Hotel can be one of the best options in Zugdidi

A good effort :)

The newest addition to the Zugdidi hotel scene (a rather small affair), the hotel has grand aspirations (pun intended), and tries hard to live up to its name. The building is brand new, only 2 floors were operational in August 2017. Clean, well-appointed rooms with some nice views over Zugdidi's outskirts and the surrounding nature. Wifi a little flaky but generally fast. Friendly staff a big plus!
Breakfast worthy of a Soviet 'sanatorium' with cheap sausage and toast with no toaster - should be upgraded to match the hotel's 'grand' status.
Otherwise a perfectly fine place to stay if one really has to stay in Zugdidi :) Good luck!
