Excellent establishment

Clean and spacious rooms tastefully furnished, evident recent renovation. Excellent breakfast. Impeccable service. The only negative note is the entrance door, which disappoints at first glance... but once you get past it, you will be satisfied with your choice.

Atmospheric hotel in the centre of Kutaisi

Found a hotel on Yandex Travel, booked through it. We were very pleased. Traveling company with friends, booking several rooms. All rooms are broadly similar, differ in size, have a balcony. The hotel is located close to the centre of Kutaisi — the building is old, with a special atmosphere, modern renovation is designed not to spoil this atmosphere. It's cozy and clean inside. A persona is a family of owners, husband and wife. Very friendly. Breakfast is classic English, delicious. The nearest cafe is a 2-minute walk, the center is not more than 10 minutes away. Very much liked the hotel, definitely in Kutaisi it is the best place!

Wonderful stay!

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for — quiet, comfortable, and truly great value for money.
The rooms were clean and cozy, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service made us feel right at home. Good location!
If you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax without overspending, this is definitely the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Excellent in every way

We arrived tired of the trip and as soon as we saw it outside we thought that we booked the wrong hotel because what we had in front of us was papalayo!! Calaguasta, five-clear, helpful staff although of low tones, beautifully decorated. They helped us with our luggage because they don 't have an elevator . We were told that outside is so because they are not allowed any intervention because they are in the old town . It is very little away from the center . EXCELLENT!! BRAVO!!

Kutaisi's best mid-range hotel!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel 1887, a small, family-run hotel a short walk from Colchis Fountain. Rooms are simple, spotlessly clean, with ample hot water, comfortable beds, and lovely breakfasts are served in a common room decorated like Grandma's house. There's a garden outside, complete with persimmon and lemon trees, tables and a swing. I can't say enough about the warm, helpful mother and her adult son and daughter who manage the hotel. They are very kind and accommodating, offering me tea/coffee each morning before breakfast, since I awoke early. Best of all, the hotel rates are very reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel 1887!
