Outstanding Restaurant Experience — Service That Truly Stands Out

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we visited the restaurant several times(almost every day) — and it was one of the highlights of our time in Gudauri. The restaurant is beautifully designed, very well organized, and offers excellent food quality. Everything we tried was well prepared, tasty, and thoughtfully presented.
The staff were extremely friendly and professional, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to Serjio, who truly made a difference. He helped us immensely with ski equipment rental and provided valuable information about the area. His English was excellent, and his attitude was genuinely helpful and positive — the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression.
The restaurant comes highly recommended, even if you are not staying at the hotel. Based on this experience alone, we are confident that the accommodation must be of equally high quality. On our next visit to Gudauri, we will definitely choose Gudauri Loft Hotel for our stay.
Great job to the entire team — keep it up!

I Honestly Can’t Think of Anything That Could Be Better

We spent two wonderful weeks at Monte and absolutely loved it. The view is breathtaking—probably the best among all the hotels in Gudauri. We stayed in a Deluxe room, which was incredibly comfortable. spacious and cozy.
The service was outstanding—genuinely warm and helpful. The staff went above and beyond, assisting us even with unusual requests. The ladies at the reception were always ready to help with booking taxis and anything else we needed. Restaurant team is very friendly too. Housekeeping was flawless—definitely a 5+.
I had a truly magical time here with my wife, and I’m already dreaming of coming back.

Disgusting.

It was my anniversary, 20 years of marriage. We've been planning a trip for years. We're skiers and we wanted to go skiing. I debited the hotel in advance and paid the full amount via the link. Realizing that there was no snow and the lifts were not working at all, I contacted the hotel in advance and asked to cancel the reservation with a fine of 50% of the reservation (the reservation exceeded my monthly salary). I was already in Georgia and I did not have the means to pay for 2 hotels in parallel at the same time. I had a desperate situation. The hotel staff spat at my request, said they didn't care. Not a penny back. I was supposed to come and I'm four walls away in this horrible hotel. Trip to Georgia ruined, impressions too, relationship with spouse too. The hotel itself is disgusting. Little shabby numbers, nothing to do. It's not worth the money I paid. Restaurant is expensive with unacceptable Georgian cuisine. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I liked it.

We liked the hotel, the attentive staff, especially pleased Lash, a wonderful guy in the restaurant, you can see that the man is in his place. Spa-special place!!!Just delight(on the roof with mountain view)
Breakfasts are good,cleaning norms,interior original.
I really enjoyed my holiday!
